Unfortunately, for reasons of medical safety we cannot accept a request for medications by telephone OR via e-mail.

Our surgery now offers the Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS). For more information please click here

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

  • In person/by post - tick the items required on your repeat slip and forward it to the surgery. If you want it posted back please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
  • Online -We now have a new online repeat prescription service.

To request a prescription online you will first need to register by contacting our reception team. Once registered, you can then log-on via "Online Appointments" and go to the "repeat my medication" option

All repeat prescriptions require 2 days/48 hours notice, please make your requests by ticking the items you need on the counterfoil. You can then either:

  • Drop it in to reception.
  • Post it remembering to include a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.

Alternatively you can order online by following the link on this page and carrying out a simple registration.

Please note we can arrange for your local chemist to collect the prescription from the surgery.

Patients on long term medication should be aware that you will need to see your doctor from time to time for a periodic review.
